Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid a reduced treatment time.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a time with us, we not only guarantee your appointment time and service length, we are also turning away other clients who would like your appointment time consequently denying the salon any other revenue.
Due to this, we require a minimum 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment.
Failure to give adequate notice or not showing up for appointment will attract a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the value of the treatment that you booked for).
