Etiquette
To ensure you receive full benefit of your treatment we request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid reduced treatment time.
SMS will be sent two days prior to confirm your appointment. You will be asked to reply via SMS your attendance of your scheduled appointment. Circumstances can arise that you are unable to keep your appointment. Please contact the salon as soon as possible on 9743 3676 and leave a message if unattended.
Treatments one hour or more require a 50% deposit
Please advise 24 hours or more to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise the following will apply.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours’ notice and have made a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited.
Non-attendance to your appointment will automatically forfeit any deposit made and any future appointments will attract a $10 deposit. A deposit will be required to secure that appointment.
If you are using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher will be charged if cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment is received with less than 24 hours’ notice.
A deposit is a credit towards the total amount due for your appointment. To secure your appointment a deposit in the form of cash, credit card or eftpos is welcome.
